General

We process your personal data only in accordance with the GDPR and German data protection law. This policy informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing as well as about your rights.

Hosting & server logs

When you access the website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested) to ensure delivery and security of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR).

Pre-registration („stay in the loop")

When you sign up to be notified, we process the data you provide: first name, last name, email address, school, role (student/teacher/school) and, optionally, your feature wish. Purpose: to inform you about Stroodle, new courses and the European Innovation Club. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR). Storage period: until you withdraw your consent. We do not pass your data to third parties; technical providers (e.g. hosting) act as processors bound by our instructions.

Cookies & tracking

This website currently does not use tracking cookies and does not embed any third-party analytics or advertising services. Should this change, we will obtain your consent in advance.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection at any time. You may withdraw a given consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
